Are you "Gay"? An employee of US Air with the last name of Gay boarded a USAir flight with a free travel voucher. Me and my bf are just really starting off a solid and hopefully long-term relationship, since we are just starting I wanted to take him somewhere that is not too out there as far as extravagant or outrageously expensive ( i am a Capricorn so we kind of like to save the best for later on in a relationship )- that being said i prefer to go somewhere gay friendly but not everywhere we turn its another gay flag or gay couple-- we love the gay community and support it 100 percent but just somewhere we can be a couple and enjoy and relax being just that and not be in a gay centralized area (san francisco, etc.) Either extreme would be nice as far as beach or busy night life city or something fun and thrill seeking I am not well traveled as you can tell - thank you all for any of the responses given and i will make sure to select a best answer.
How can I convince my parents to let me travel with a teenage boy? ? Let me explain my situation. This summer he is going to Peru, and wants to take me with him. We can afford my plane ticket, and we will be with his grandma. We are also just friends(he is gay) and I really want to spend time with him and travel, I am responsible and can fly by myself, I go to boarding school but I can be alone. My parents are very strict though and don't really know him.
We are a gay male couple traveling to Cancun, to stay at Temptations Resort. Any suggestions/warnings? I can't tell if this is a gay friendly resort or not. It definitely does not appear to be anything other than heterosexual and we certainly do not flaunt or "flame" when in a public place. I also don't want to be uncomfortable knowing I am staying somewhere that we are totally not welcome. If anyone has any tips on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

How come these gay guys keep saying I look like a model? I don't get it, in the past three weeks these gay guys (from all different parts of the state! I've been traveling) keep coming up to me and either saying "are you a model" or insisting I look like a model! I've done a little print work, but nothing huge. I don't have time. Why do they keep saying that? I'm really confused. And I'm the girl who goes to parties and NEVER gets talked to by normal guys. aaaahhhrgh
What states or countries allow gay marriage? I'm not gay myself but I'm wondering. Do people travel or move to get married in these places sometimes?
How do you feel about gay marriage and adoption? Two friends of mine who are both gay want to be married. They intend traveling to Connecticutt to get married and hope in about two years to adopt a child. If you are NOT gay please tell me your views on this.
Gay people: Theory about a travel company for gays? My wife works for a travel company, and they started an arm aimed at the gay demographic called Fabugo. I was skeptical on whether you (the community) would want to expose yourselves like that into such a venture, for fear of negative treatment, or going against *being like everyone else.* Apparently that arm isn't doing too well, and I suspect it's for my reason. Is it, or are there other reasons why you wouldn't whole-heartedly pursue this specialized marketing?
Interest in a Gay Travel Show? With the many travel shows on tv I have never seen a gay travel show(though many on the straight shows seem gay)...Would there be a market for such a thing? What would the estimated start up costs be? Equipment needed? Where to research such things? Sorry for not being more succinct and clear...what I mean by "gay travel show" is of course showing all the local points of interest but also the gay friendly establishments and festivals(hotels,bars, etc) that you do not see in straight travel shows...I have brought friends (I travel a lot) to places they have seen on tv and never knew there was even a gay life there...2 of which have now opened a B&B in such a place.
