Adventure travel ideas - your experiences? My boyfriend and I have recently discussed going abroad for perhaps the summer but open to times of year, to go on an adventure and see some of the world.The problem is with so many sites out there for travel i dont know where to start. We would love to combine some adventure with aborbing some local culture. Id also if possible like to include some kind of nature in it (dolphins/elephants/monkeys...) Have you visited somewhere that you recommend to everyone you meet? Id love to hear your experiences and any parts of the world you would suggest....i dont want to do Everest! I should add that he is 34 and lives in America and i am 25 and live in the UK so we arent looking for US travel!!
How do I get a job that involves adventure/travel? I do not have a degree,I have travel & tourism qualification also Alevel English.I have worked within business travel and have passport/visa experience. In the past I've hiked through Ireland, kayaked in BC. Best camera for amateur adventure travel photographer? Hello everyone! I've been researching cameras but I'm a bit overwhelmed. I have a Minolta, which is great, but it takes forever, especially with night shots, to take a picture. It's also blurry if I'm not steady enough. As an eco adventure traveler, I need a durable digital camera that can withstand the elements fairly well. I'm also a student, so the price needs to be somewhat reasonable. Around $500 or less.
