Vacation packages? Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any websites or information for a vacation package for a family of four. Ages are 45, 45, 19 and 16. We are wanting to vacation the historical sections of the north east (we want to see things like Washington monument, liberty bell, statue of liberty, historical Boston, etc.) If you have any place to find vacation packages for this area, please tell me. Also, if you know of any other amazing packages to anywhere in the US for a family of four please feel free to tell me. The maximum vacation limit is 14 days. Thanks.
Vacation packages....Legit or fraud? Anyone get those faxes at work that advertise vacation packages that seem too cheap to be true? Are they legit or BS?? I have yet to call them up, cuz I am highly doubtful of these vacation deals, but I figured I'd ask my fellow yahooers and see if anyone else is familiar with these things??
Vegas Vacation Packages Cheaper Than US Airways? I'm wondering if there are any other Vegas vacation packages (airfare + hotel + car rental) that's cheaper than US Airways? I've been using US Airways Vacations for the last 4+ years and it's cheaper than SouthWest, Orbitz and Pricewatch. Best vacation packages for a 20 year old couple? I was wondering what would be the best vacation for myself (19) and my girlfriend (20). I know most cruises require you to be 21 and some hotels are also picky about age requirements. We both are college students in San Diego and have a fairly limited budget (500-1000) to work with. Good/Budget Italy Vacation Packages? Can anyone suggest where online I can find good/budget vacation packages to Italy. I am looking to go with my girlfriend sometime in September and I would like to have airfare, hotel, and local transportation taken care of. Or at least hotel and airfare. However, I do not want to do any guided tours or group things. I would like to do things on our own. Would like to visit 3 different cities within a 10-14 day period, e.g. Florence, Rome, Venice. Has Anyone Ever Taken One of Those Vacation Packages Where They Try To Sell A Timeshare? Recently, I signed on for what seemed to be an excellent vacation package. Two nights stay at a Williamsburg, VA resort w/two adult tickets to Busch Gardens included - all for only $89. Additionally, they are claiming they will give me two more nights at another time - FREE of charge - to return. Upon verifying this package, I realized it is a time share selling package. You get this rate - but you have to devote an hour and a half to them dragging you around the resort and attempting to sell you a timeshare in it. There's no obligation to buy (supposedly) - but you have to at least take the tour and participate to get the rate and return package deal. The return trip doesn't include the hour and a half tour again. Has anyone ever done this? Did they make you sign anything? Is putting up with the tour and timeshare selling attempts worth it for the trip or is this a scam that will only inconvenience me and my family on our vacation?

Online Vacation Packages? I found a great vacation pkg on Cheaptickets.com, but I am leary of booking our honeymoon this way. Our travel agent cannot come close to this deal. Is there a site other than Travelocity for last minute vacation packages with two different departure cities? I have a friend in another city and we like to take spur of the moment vacation packages. Travelocity offers last minute packages that way. However, in recent months they have taken to bait and switch. They post a price per passenger and when you go to book you get messages that the flight is no longer available at that price or the room is no longer available at that price and they post a surcharge to what they advertised.
