What is a european plan when talking about a vacation. There is all inclusive... breakfast. and european?

Can you recommend any all inclusive European vacations? ? My husband and I are interested in traveling to Europe over the next few years. We would like to go for a week at a time, so it would be several trips over the next decade or so. We would like to go on a guided tour/vacation, where the accommodations, tours, transportation, and possible interpreters are all included in the price. Basically, we want to take the guess work out of traveling to foreign lands where we don't speak the language. (ie Italy, France, Spain, Greece, etc) What groups/companies do you recommend?? The only ones I know of are "Vacations by Disney." They seem overpriced (and I am sure they are, knowing that corporation!). Can you recommend another accredited company that has better prices, and are trustworthy? Please, DO NOT reply with your name and tell me to call you directly.
