To Make a reasonable trip/trek plan for a group of friends 2 any part in India?????

Any suggestions or names of tours/travel agents/agencies are welcome... only since we guys are all students we would prefer a Not too expensive trip/trek...which would be both fun as well as simple...coz thats how we'd like it. it could be to any part/s of India.
i'd also like to add that we arnt looking for a very rigorous trek or something just something fun. hope to get some good suggestions & replies soon.
