What is the best Cruise Line for a 6-10 day European vacation?

I want to plan a cruise in Europe. I want to visit the big cities in the countries and I want to hit the cities that will have unforgetable partying at night time. I also want to be on a ship that has lots to do, good service and looks good. Can anyone give me ideas for who would provide the best plans to meet my desires?

2. I think Carnival is the best cruise line. They're really nice ships and there's a lot to do. The service is great and it's really fun at night. Carnival goes to Europe for a 9 day cruise but it departs from Venice Italy.

3. Celebrity Cruises!!! We went on a cruise this year all around Europe and had the best time. The ports of call were so good:
Belguim
Paris
Vigo (Spain)
Portugal
Gibraltar
Rome
Villefranche
Barcelona

Everyone on the ship is so nice and it seriously feels like celebrity treatment! I would reccomend this cruise line to everyone! We were on the ship for 13nights but there are plenty of other great itineraries for 6 - 10 nights too.
