1. My advice is beware be very aware.
Either a simple con you pay the money and get zilch
or you get a trip with heavy duty timeshare selling

If something looks to good to be ture it probably is

2. Sounds like a scam to me.

Just a couple of checks - was the offer an e-mail one - check the e-mail address, most reputable companies now will have a web site and the e-mail will have come from that web address (rather than abc@yahoo, gmail or hotmail)

Did the offer have a contact telephone number and have you rung it tocheck it exists?

I personally havent heard of European vacations, and would try an internet search for the name - there might be mentions of them (good or bad reports)

If all that checks out then there must be a catch (some are £20 holiday, provided that you buy something else, for example a time share or holiday club (both will work out more costly than seperate holidays - and you get more freedom by being out of the club))
