1. try twizi, it has a great dublin page that lists places to stay for less than 25 dollars...

2. Try Aer Lingus's direct site for flights and www.couchsurfing.com if you're open to staying around one city and staying with a local family/living like a native. If not www.12travel.com is an Irish-based travel company directed toward U.S. travelers.
