1. I have never heard of the agency you mentioned, but there are many reputable agencies. Just do a Google search and find as much info about them as you can before giving them your credit card info. If you can determine if they have a physical location, you can contact the Better Business Bureau in that area to see if they are legitimate and if they have logged any complaints. My advice is to check the cruise line itself. If they are offering the same or comparable price for the same itinerary I would suggest booking directly with them. They often have incentives such as no booking fees and onboard credits you can use towards incidentals.

2. With any cruise line reservations, it never hurts to get a quote before making any down payments and comparing prices, services, and add ons.. Then compare with prices you can get directly with the cruise line.

3. You can't beat AAA for honesty . They sole purpose is to serve their Members..NOT make a profit.
