What tour companies offer free travel to group leaders and reps?

I know there's a way to get free travel if you organize a group through a tour company and get a certain number of people to join. What are some of the companies that do this? I've looked at efcollegebreaks.com, but are there any other sites that offer this?

Also, what are some good tour companies in general?

1. Most companies will give you 1 free in 15, student groups do more but are more expensive because of this. Get the group then ash around, even travel agents will help.

2. You should check out Contiki at www.contiki.com . They're a great tour company that goes all over Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America. I don't know if they give free travel for group leaders, but they have group discounts such as go with 10 people, get the 11th free. All cruise lines have them, you want to ask for TC's which mean tour conductor credit.
Contact the group department through their web sites.

Most travel agencies will help you plan the group and set it up so that you can go for free if you are willing to do the marketing and recruiting.
