1. Travel agencies use several different insurance companies for the various packages they sell. Your best bet is to contact Carlson directly to find out what coverage you have and which carrier it is.

2. There are a few agencies with that name. What state/location. Contact them via there 1-800 number or whatever number u have. Also, what airline was it through? Contact them. carlsontravel.com
