2. It is a proven fact that no one needs a passport to enter OUR Country. JUST walk across Our Borders, and you are given everything you need. In fact, you will be treated better than the Poor Citizens of Our Country!
2. What passport did you bring to the border?
US only recongizes one citizenship, if you say you are Italian citizen at the border then you can enter under the visa waiver program if you are mexican and entering at a mexican border crossing then you need a border crossing car B1/B2 visa.
3. the US recognizes dual nationalites but at the airport you must show one passport only .....
Italian travelers with passports issued on or after October 26, 2006 will be eligible to travel under the "Visa Waiver Program" only if holding a new "electronic passport".
what year was your Italian passport issued ?
an do you have a Mexican passport ?
The Government of Italy has informed that is currently issuing biometric "e-passports" as of October 26, 2006.
