1. Adventure and exploration....I think the best place to go would be Drakensburg and do the hikes there includind overnight hikes. That would be great!

2. eastern and southern cape offers everything including worlds highest bungee jump, knysa canopy trail,mountain biking horseback rides etc etc etc
