Can you answer these questions about my French citizenship?

My mother is American, and my Father is French. I have French and American citizenship as well as an Argentine passport (having been born there, does that make me a citizen of Argentina as well?) Anyway, my question is, I'm currently registered in America, but what benefits, legal requirements, government assistance, and all that do I need to know about or get if I register in France? Also, is there a youth card or some sort of thing like that for travel discounts (flights, train trips, taxi, bus...etc) and things like that when I go there to visit my relatives? Even if you have websites I can go to to find these things out. Also, my Argentine passport has been expired for about 15 years or more, and I have not returned to the country or renewed it since then. Can I still have my passport renewed? Is there a limit to time on my citizenship there? Thanks in advance for the help.

1. you haven't even got there and you want handouts, typical, hopefully the new government will say NO you get nothing why don't you stay in the states and sponge off them instead of coming here
