Do you believe in soul mates?

Ever since I was a little girl, the name "Griffith" has always meant a lot to me...I knew I would marry a man with that name. I did, I met my husband when I was 20. Certian things, like when I was traveling with my family in Colorado Springs in 1993, I felt "drawn" to a school bus for some reason, #225, my now husband was on that bus. I used to see him out of my bdrm window, he lived behind my mom and dad's house, then moved around the block, and I could literally stand on the front porch and talk to him while he was sitting on his front porch (found all this out after we met). But we didn't meet until we worked together across town. I do this little butterfly thing (looks like a winnie the pooh thing) and to me, it is my symbol for eternal love. I found out yesterday that he has a birthmark of that exactly behind his ear. When I told him about it, he was shocked! He told me he thought I did it because it was my birthmark, I have one too, and never knew about it! Is it fate?

1. I believe that we all have a soulmate.

2. yes i do

3. If a person has a soul then yes.

4. Yes. It's pre-destiny.

5. I do believe, but I do not think we all have them in our life. So you make have to search along time before you find that right person. I also believe that a lot of people never ever find their soul mate. Look how many people split up now a days, if they found their soul mate, they would never leave their relationship.

6. who knows???

just love and be happy.

7. soulmates? yes i believe in them !00% ....as for you two?....maybe one soul in two bodies??

8. No. I don't believe in Soul Mates. I believe you can be happy with anyone as long as there's common interests and love there.

9. nope, I believe in love. That simple.

10. I believe in soulmates, just as I believe that not everyone lives long enough to meet his or hers.

11. yes i believe in soul mates.....n yes thats fate!

12. Yes! We are all destined to come across certain people in our lives. Enjoy the moments while you can as you never can tell how long they will last!

13. I am a hopeless romantic who absolutely believes in soul mates.

It sounds like you and your husband were destined to be together.

14. In many religions--other than Christianity--a soul mate is not necessarily considered the love of your life. Instead a soul mate is defined as someone you feel you knew forever, there is a connection from past lives. This person was usually "sent" to you for a lesson to be learned for either or both person. There are other words used to describe what you feel: look up twin souls, and see if that helps!

15. Thats just how fate and destiny works.Maybe its predestined you will meet this man and god is dropping u hints everynow and then, just that he leaves it to a right time where u r able to piece together these hints n hav the ans in front of u.Isn/t it amazing?

16. Nope just weird.

17. my wife moved to my town in the sixth grade and told eveyone that she was going to marry me.... and she did twenty six years ago.

18. Yes I do believe in soulmates, actually I asked this question a couple of weeks ago and got some very interesting answers. I think a person is very lucky if they find that special person they can share such an amazing bond with. I also am not sure if a believe that a soulmate has to be your lover, perhaps it can also be a best friend...

19. i do believe in soul mates.. and it doesnt necessarily to be an opposite sex coz souls doesnt have genders.. i think my soul mate is my bestfriend.. we can finish each other's sentences and by just lookin to each other's eyes we know what it meant or what to do.. and sometimes we're just sitting together and look at something and we'll laugh like we can read each other's mind.. and what's happening on her there in the philippines has a big resemblance on what's happening on me here in cali most esp when it comes to relationship.. kinda weird but it's cool!! =) gettin used to it..

20. I most defiantly believe in soul mates! We are drawn to certain people for a reason. I have read a lot about soul mates, twin flames and have you looked into 11:11? It sounds like you found your soul mate :o) You're truly blessed cause I believe we can spend lifetimes searching for our soul mate. I know I have found mine. All the signs were there for the two of us... we just had to open our eyes. Yes, there are cynics who will say that if you're looking for the signs then you will find them as in you'll see what you want to see. My response to that is so what? If we see what we want to see what's the problem as long as we know in our hearts it's true? Best of luck :o)

21. A lot of what you explained is in a book from psychic Sylvia Browne. Apparently we all live in heaven before we live a life on earth. She talks about reincarnation and states that before we come and live another life, we write up our script or our journey that we will live on earth. She also saids that is why people sometimes feel that they have been in some place or situation when they have never been. It's because they wrote it in their script and we sometimes have a little recollection. Therefore, seems to me that you recall some of the things you wrote on your script before coming back to earth. It's fate. You wrote it!

22. Well i don't believe in soul-mates,because how do you explain meeting so many people (throughout your life)and feeling that connection.but your the star in your life so if you believe hes your soul-mate,mine or anyone Else's opinion doesn't really matter.I do however believe in fate and destiny! and i think that destiny has paid you a little visit!i hope you fall hard in love and that it lasts forever.GOOD LUCK!! PS.a friend

23. yes definitely. i met my wife when we were 16. i felt then that she didn't really like me, so i didn't pursue her . 15 years later we met again, with out knowing who the other was and we immediately clicked. we married after 2 years, and we have 4 kids and 9 grand children, we've been married now for 25 years! we had our anniversary in may and we had a special holiday in mexico, we come from the UK, by the by. we love each other so much it seems we've known each other since the beginning of time [not Adam and Eve, maybe Romeo and Juliet ha ha! or even John and Yoko]

24. I do believe in soul mates. I don't think it necessarily has to be someone of the opposite sex. And I think you can have more than one. I believe a soul mate to be someone who you feel a connection with like no other, someone who touches your inner being at the core, someone who's so enpowering that they change who you are for the better. It can be a close friend, a sibling, a spouse. If you have found this in your husband, then you are truly blessed.

25. Well good for you congratulations!!!

Not everyone is so fortunate to find someone like that, it is a big world after all.

cheers!!

26. no, i believe that you don't have one certain person that you Will find & b happy with, I believe that you can b happy with any1 as long there is mutual feelings for one another.
