How can I find the cheapest flight from Memphis or LIttle Rock to Orlando?? HELP!?

I'm traveling to Orlando for a national convention. I need to depart Thursday, July 27 and arrive there by 2pm and I need to depart on Monday the 31st sometime around 4pm or after. How can I find the cheapest flight? Which airlines are cheaper than others? Are there any online discounts, coupons, etc? Any advice appreciated.
