Multi trip or single trip travel insurance?

Hello I'm going to Holland for 4 days Spain for 7 and Cyprus for 14 days this year Do you think a multi trip policy is worthwhile and which insurance company for value.

1. Best deal my wife and I found was the Coop and we are over 70 we got multy trip.

2. As all these three countries are in the EC all you need is the European Health Insurance Card, which can be applied for online.

3. You don't say how old you are or what cover you need.

To give examples - an annual policy for a single person would be about £37.00

A single trip for 14 days would be about £15.90 and £11.40 for a shorter period.

So its about the same HOWEVER you only have to complete one form!

4. You will need to get yourself an EHIC card as no insurance will pay for what EHIC covers (EHIC pretty much covers you for emergency medical treatment if your life is threatened).

I would also get European Annual Multi Trip Insurance policy. I would advise using Worldwide Insurance as they are reasonably priced and good customer service - the customer service is important if you need to make an emergency medical claim..
