What is the best luxury hotel for travel with young children in Beverly Hills, CA?
Public Comments
1. Beverly - I say never travel with young children as it is not fair to the children and to other travelers. When you and/or you and your husband need to travel - leave the kids with the mother in law. Then you can have a good time - we can have a good time - and maybe your deserving mother in law can have a hard time of it. Children should only make age appropriate travel. When you do travel with children, always stay at the most upscale hotel you can afford as those offer more to keep your children entertained and services if you want to go out to dinner alone. And as you are Beverly - try the Hotel Beverly Hills, you will find it exactly to your liking.
2. Blah, blah, blah. Obviously, NY doesn't have kids.
Stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel, it's been rated as one of the top 100 hotels in the world. One comment I love to repeat is "the towels are so fluffy, they barely fit in my suitcase". LOL Get a bungalow, and your kids won't bother anybody.
Of course, you could go to the Hilton, but then you'd be supporting that spoiled little girl Paris (who, I'm sure, is not related to the Paris Hilton in this forum).
3. Let's try something with less fluffy towels we can live with...a cottage will run a minimum of $750 a night....Try the Beverly Hilton---just trust me...you won't go totally broke...No I have nothing to do with it...BTW.
4. Ignore the guy who says leave the kids at home. Hotels are not for adults only unless explicitly stated. Any decent hotel should be happy to accommodate you and your kids. Now as for your question. It depends on what you want to do while in Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hills hotel has beautiful grounds but the hotel itself is not as nice as some others. The Hilton while not a luxury property has a great location. The Beverly wilshire is also a good choice but its very much an older property. Ask to stay in the tower.
If you can consider Santa Monica, Shutters and the Fairmont would be great choices with kids. My 8 year old loves the standard downtown very hip with a cool lounge and bar on the roof that kids can be at until about 9 or 10 at night.
