Nude cruises - why so popular?

Why is it that NUDE CRUISES are so popular? There's only two ships that cater to it - but you've got to make reservations months in advance to get a berth. Your take on this type of cruise?

6. I find most nudists are old, or you probably didn't want to see them nude. The thought of old flabby privates flapping in the salty air is a little gross. I believe they call them selves naturists, by the way.
