1. I always use Expedia.com... Reputable, and about as cheap as you are going to get.

2. Royal Caribbean forbids the discounting of cruises. If a travel agent is found to be discounting, Royal Caribbean may forbid them to sell their product altogether.

Some agents will include amenities like shipboard credit or a bottle of wine with your cruise, but choose who you book through primarily for the service you receive.
