Does anyone know what kind of discount cruise emplyee's get?

I was have someone who mentioned they can get a friends and family discount bc they work for carnival cruise. Does anyone know what type of deal they get?

1. Never known anyone who was an emplyee of any cruise line,but I did work as an employee of one last year.
I got discounts for anyone I wanted to.
I still can get 25% to 35% discounts for friends and acquaintances.

2. I don't know I have taken quite a few cruises so the discount I receive now is equal to that of a Florida resident...I've got the Carnival Cruise -Gold Card.
