What are the best travel destinations in Europe for a single Guy travelling alone?

I just want to hang out in a cool city, goto disco etc., meet some new people, see nice girls and get to experience the new culture for a week in end of April. (Inexpensive and safe cities)

1. Well you could start anywhere and find what you are looking for. But through the grapevine start out in....Venice where a friend of mine loves her life and allthats involved which includes but is not limited to your wants.
