Where/When is the Best Place in Europe for Single Men to Travel?

We are 3 friends. All male. All single. All late 20s/early 30s, looking to visit Europe this Spring/Summer. Want to visit places with some culture, great nightlife and where the local girls love American guys. Looking for good bargains in cool places, not luxury resorts that have lots of Americans. Any suggestions as to where & best time to go?

1. I can honestly recommend going to Holland (Amsterdam). Most of the people speak English so language will not be a problem. There are plenty of clubs and entertainment. You can take canal tours, walk, go to the Anne Frank House, go to Madurodam (really neat place), visit Royal Delft, Kinderdyke. The airport is beautiful, the people are wonderful and there is alot of great old architecture.

My family is from Holland and most people think it's just a great place to get laid and get high legally but there really is alot more to the country.

2. Prague. Very cheap, very beautiful, great nightlife, lots of people speak English and girls are got :)
