what if I travel to Canada from US on my single H1B visa?

I have a single H1B visa valid up to 2010.I want to travel to canada and then Iran because of an emergency case.how can I do that.I want to add two things:first I am Iranian second I will come back to US whithin 30 days.

1. By single do you mean single entry?
If you have a valid US stamping no problems
Otherwise You got to do the stamping in IRAN to come back to US. You also need to Canandian Visitor visa.
