I am 30 and want to travel to Norway and/or Sweden in Aug. I need to find a young-singles trip - advice?

I don't want to spend more than $3000 on hotel/air/food/ground transport.
Hoping for about a week long stay that includes the city and lots of nature (hoping to hike the fjord region). I don't want to do this alone though, and would love to meet up w/ some other cool people.
I will be flying from the east coast (BWI, Dulles,Phila, etc.)
