1. Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas leaves for 7-nights to the western Caribbean from Tampa in early April. The ship is a good, middle-of-the-road cruise ship with separate activities for the teens and the mothers. it stops in Grand Cayman, Belize, Roatan and Cozumel so there's also a good mix between destinations and time on board.

My other suggestion would be Princess or one of the newer Royal Caribbean ships, but they all leave from the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area, not from Florida's west coast.

The weather in the Caribbean in late March - early April should be just about perfect.... not too hot, plenty of sunshine, clear water.

Enjoy!

2. With the teens my suggestion would be royal caribbean's Freedom or LIberty of the Seas, hands down. They have lots of bells and whistles, the wave rider, the teen game room and disco, not to mention tons of stuff for the 'ladies' as well. Spa terrific to be spoiled and pampered or sip champagne at the art auction or judge the hairy man's leg contest sitting around the pool! I think you'd have a ball.

I'd go the caribbean route and probably western.
Take the kids snorkeling in Cozumel, swim with the stingrays in the Grand Caymans, you will all love it. I believe prices will begin around $850 pp that time of year. The earlier you book the better, you're looking at a busy time! Good luck.
